Allegato 1: Tariffs for the use of services via Plenitude’s On the Road app

This document is annexed to the General Terms and Conditions that regulate the use of Services provided to customers by Plenitude via its app. It describes and regulates the different tariffs (‘Tariffs’) applied for the use of the service to charge electric vehicles (‘Charging Service’) at Plenitude’s On the Road public charging stations (‘Plenitude’s On the Road Charging Stations’) or at compatible stations operated by third-party operators (‘Third-Party Operator Charging Stations’, together Plenitude’s On the Road Charging Stations and Third-Party Operator Charging Stations will be referred to as ‘Charging Stations’), which a Customer may access via the app or via an associated RFID card.

1. Definitions

1.1 In this document, words and expressions that are capitalised, unless they are otherwise defined, have the same meaning that are attributed to them in the General Terms and Conditions. This document is annexed to and forms an integral and substantive part of the General Terms and Conditions.

2. Tariffs for the use of the Charging Service

2.1 The Charging Service requires the payment of a fee based on the Tariff chosen by the Customer. This fee is all-inclusive and includes all costs relating to the Customer’s use of the Service and any and all tax liabilities imposed on the Service by applicable legislation.

3. Pay Per Use tariff

3.1 The Pay Per Use tariff is the price in € (or other currency)/kWh which the Customer is charged for using the Charging Service at Charging Stations (‘Pay Per Use Tariff’)

3.2 The amount charged to the Customer for using the Charging Service is calculated by multiplying the number of kWh provided by the Pay Per Use Tariff published on the app for the Charging Station chosen by the Customer. The Pay Per Use Tariff may differ depending on the type of socket chosen by the Customer from the options available. Options include Quick (AC), Fast (DC), Fast+ (DC) and Ultrafast (DC). Third-Party Operator Charging Stations may offer different options.

3.3 The Pay Per Use Tariff charged for using the Charging Service may differ depending on the Charging Station chosen by the Customer from those available on the app. The Pay Per Use Tariff charged for using the Charging Service at Third-Party Operator Charging Stations will in any case be defined by Plenitude. This amount may differ from: i) the Pay Per Use Tariff charged for using the Charging Service at Plenitude’s On the Road Charging Stations; and ii) the tariffs charged by other operators for charging at their Charging Stations.

4. Amendments to tariffs

4.1 Plenitude reserves the right to amend, supplement and/or modify this document where there is a justified reason to do so. These may include: (a) public interest and/or security reasons; (b) reasons relating to the correct fulfilment of legislative and/or regulatory obligations; (c) reasons relating to legislative and/or regulatory amendments; (d) reasons relating to the implementation of technical amendments and improvements to Services and to the app, including any technical amendment to the app; (e) reasons relating to the improvement or modification to Services; (f) reasons relating to the conception and creation of new services by Plenitude; (g) technical, organisational and/or commercial reasons that require modifications without which Plenitude would not be able to perform Services covered by these General Terms and Conditions; (h) reasons relating to changing market conditions.

4.2 Amendments to this document will be communicated, with 14 (fourteen) days’ notice (‘Notice Period’), by publishing it online at https://www.bec.energy/be-charge-app-termini-e-condizioni/ and by communicating them in the app, and by communicating them directly to the Customer to the email address provided when registering and/or joining the Service.

5. Billing frequency

5.1 For charging sessions performed using the Pay Per Use Tariff, invoices will be sent to the Customer at the end of each charging session and will include the payments due for using the Charging Service and any extra costs owed for penalties applied pursuant to point 5.5 of the General Terms and Conditions.

5.2 A payment method must be specified for each profile linked to the account. For all Customers, the payment method associated with accounts when registering for the Service or, in any case, the payment method indicated in the Customer’s profile, is the normal method for paying for the Service. Please see point 6.4 of the General Terms and Conditions for more details.

5.3 Details of Tariffs can be viewed in the appropriate section of the app. In that section Customers can amend the Tariff for each profile linked to the account without incurring any fee or constraint.
