Accessibility

What is meant by accessibility?

Website accessibility means ensuring that a website can be used by everyone, without difficulty, by providing easy access to all content and services offered.
To achieve this objective, various barriers must be removed, including:

  • Colours

Appropriate colour selection to improve readability.

  • Text

Adequate text sizes for more comfortable reading.

  • Language

Clear and simple language to enhance understanding.

  • Assistive technologies

Compatibility with the most widely used assistive technologies.

The accessibility statement and Eni Plenitude’s approach

Eni Plenitude is committed, in accordance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004, to making its services and digital channels accessible to all users, in compliance with accessibility and inclusion guidelines.
To this end, a progressive review process is currently underway to identify and correct any accessibility issues.
