Plenitude On The Road Subscriptions allow you to purchase a set amount of energy (kWh) for electric charging by paying a monthly fee, which varies depending on the Subscription you choose.
Subscriptions can be purchased only by customers with a valid private Billing Profile who have selected Italy as their main charging country. They can be used at Charging Stations compatible with the selected Subscription in Italy and the Republic of San Marino.
Each Subscription lasts for one month from the activation date and renews automatically when it expires, unless cancelled.
You can use your Subscription both through the App and with the RFID card linked to your account.
To view the available Subscriptions and their terms and conditions, go to Profile > Subscriptions in the App.

It depends on your charging habits and how you mainly use your vehicle, for example for everyday journeys, weekends or longer trips.
You should also consider the type of Charging Stations you use (Quick up to 22 kW, or Fast, Fast+ and Ultrafast above 22 kW), the charging networks you use (only Charging Stations on the Plenitude On The Road network or also interoperable Third-Party Charging Stations), and your monthly energy consumption.
In Profile > Subscriptions, you can compare the included kWh, eligible charging networks and monthly fees to find the Subscription plan that best suits your needs.

When purchasing your Subscription, you can choose to activate it immediately or wait until the end of the 14-day cooling-off period.

• If you choose immediate activation, you can start using your Subscription straight away. You can still exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase. In this case, you will be charged an amount proportional to the kWh used up to that point, while the remaining amount will be refunded.
• If you do not request immediate activation, your Subscription will be activated automatically 14 days after purchase.

To check whether a Charging Station is compatible with your Subscription, view its details in the App.
If you see the message “This Charging Station is compatible with your Subscription”, you can select the Subscription as your payment method when starting the charging session.
You can also find compatible Charging Stations by using the “Included in Subscription” filter on the App map, available when you have an active Subscription.
If the Charging Station is not compatible, or if you are outside Italy or the Republic of San Marino, the charging session will be charged at the applicable Pay per use rate.

To use your Subscription:

• check that the Charging Station is compatible and select an available connector
• start the charging session
• on the “Choose how to pay” screen, select Subscription
• select or add a backup card, which will only be used if you run out of the kWh included in your Subscription or if an overstay fee applies
• proceed with the charging session

A charging session may be charged at the Pay per use rate when:

• the Charging Station is not covered by your Subscription
• the charging session takes place outside Italy or the Republic of San Marino
• the kWh included in your Subscription have been used up during the charging session
• when starting the charging session, you selected a payment method other than Subscription

If you run out of the included kWh during a charging session, the session will continue without interruption.
Any energy used once you have used up the kWh included in your Subscription will be charged at the Pay per use rate applicable to the Charging Station you are using.
Any additional costs, such as overstay fees, will always be charged separately to the payment method selected when you started the charging session.
If you use up all the included kWh before your Subscription expires, you can purchase a new Subscription without waiting for the automatic renewal.

Your Subscription renews automatically every month, with the relevant fee charged to the associated payment method. If the renewal payment is unsuccessful, the Subscription will be deactivated.
You can cancel your Subscription at any time from the “Manage Subscription” section. In this case, your Subscription will remain active until its scheduled expiry date and will not renew.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of your initial purchase via the “Manage Subscription” section. If you did not request immediate activation, you will receive a full refund of the Subscription fee paid. If you requested immediate activation, you will be charged an amount proportional to the kWh used up to that point and the remaining amount will be refunded.
You can also terminate your Subscription from the “Manage Subscription” section. In this case, the Subscription will be deactivated immediately and any remaining kWh will no longer be available, with no refund of the Subscription fee.

No. The kWh included in your Subscription can be used during the one-month Subscription period and are not carried over to the next renewal.
Any unused kWh will expire at the end of the Subscription validity period.

Yes. You can choose a new Subscription at any time.
If your current Subscription is still active, you can choose to have the new Subscription start on your next renewal date or purchase it immediately.
If you choose to purchase it immediately, your current Subscription will end and any remaining unused kWh will no longer be available.
The new Subscription will be valid for one month from the activation date and will renew automatically every month unless cancelled.

To purchase a Subscription, you need a valid credit or debit card. Multicard and Wallet cannot be used to purchase a Subscription.
Where available, you can use coupons specifically intended for Subscription purchases in the relevant Profile section, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable promotion.

To purchase a Subscription, you must:

• be registered with the Plenitude On The Road App
• have at least one valid private Billing Profile
• have a valid credit or debit card linked to your account
• have selected Italy as your main charging country

The prize draw runs from 1st October 2026 to 11th January 2027. By purchasing or renewing a subscription, you will be eligible to take part in one of the three scheduled prize draws. More specifically:

• if you purchase a subscription between 1st and 31st October 2026, you will be eligible for the first prize draw, which will take place by 4th December 2026;
• if you purchase or renew a subscription between 1st and 30th November 2026, you will be eligible for the second prize draw, which will take place by 15th January 2027;
• if you purchase or renew a subscription between 1st December 2026 and 11th January 2027, you will be eligible for the third prize draw, which will take place by 12th February 2027.

Each participant can win only one prize during the entire prize draw period. For example, if you win a prize in the first draw, you will not be eligible to win another prize in any subsequent draw.

Each prize draw will offer 1,000 vouchers, for a total of 3,000 prizes over the entire prize draw period.

Each voucher will have a value equal to the monthly fee of the subscription purchased or renewed by the winner. Therefore, if you purchase or renew a “Smart Road” subscription, the voucher will be worth €45; if you purchase or renew a “Fast Road” subscription, the voucher will be worth €83; and if you purchase or renew an “Open Road” subscription, the voucher will be worth €150.

The voucher can be used to pay for one month of the corresponding subscription.

If you win, you will receive the voucher by email at the address associated with your Plenitude On The Road account. To use your prize, enter the code you receive in the App under Profile > Coupons and offers.

The voucher can be used within 6 months of the date it is awarded and can be used to pay for one month of the subscription that was active when you entered the prize draw.
